Sometimes the simplest things are so satisfying....
Rustic Italian bread (lightly toasted)

MacKenzie Creamery Cognac-Fig Goat Cheese (slightly melted on toast)

Topped with figs, apricots, and pears (sliced)
+
chopped walnuts and sliced prosciutto
+
and a drizzle of honey or balsamic vinegar reduction
=
DIVINE!
Serve along side a light white wine...
If you prefer a cheese platter, choose your cheese of choice and pair it with Sesame Seed covered Honey Almonds from Trader Joe's and some honey comb -- or even better, enjoy a night out and just order it at the Ritz Carlton ;)
